Pyramid
# Layout
The four Aces are placed next to each other above the tableau at the beginning. Only then are the cards shuffled. Now you lay out the cards in the form of a pyramid. So you start at the top in the center with one card, below it then 2, 3, 4 and in the last row finally five cards.
# Objective
You must try to build up on all Aces in the same suit A same-suit order or sequence consists of a single suit, either , , or .
# Gameplay
All subsequent cards in the tableau are played up (e.g. 2). The empty spaces are filled with new cards from the stock The talon is the name given to the face-down stack of cards at the start of the game, from which, after being laid out, there are still cards left over that are used for the rest of the game. This packing of cards is also known as a block or draw pile.
# Summary
- Place four Aces at the top, then shuffle
- Lay out cards in the form of a pyramid: one card at the top, below it 2, 3, 4 and at the very bottom five cards
- Place same-suit subsequent cards ascending on the Aces, fill empty spaces with cards from the stock
